I long to adequately take part in significant changes that make the pharmacy department up-to-date in meeting current demands as impressive as the ongoing hospital expansion. If possible, I look forward to pioneering a much-improved patient care, one that goes with deeper levels of enthusiasm and compassion, thereby surpassing traditional expectations. I also feel strong about plans for new pharmacy model as to engage them at depth, imagining the flexibility I would enjoy having t o work with almost the entire clinical staff upon rotation within multidisciplinary teams.
